Great experience and a wonderful, ethical person. Always available and worked with us all the way thru the process. We looked all over, in and around, the Boulder/Denver. We were not going to settle for just anything & analyze the pros and cons of every property. I think all my spreadsheet breakdowns on the properties provided her some entertainment at times, which I did not mind. Having conducted numerous real estate transactions over the last 30 years, the experience that my wife and I have had working with Janie Larson has been one the best.
