I’ve proudly been with Coldwell Banker since 2000, specializing in real estate throughout Boulder, Weld, Larimer, Adams, Jefferson, and Morgan counties—most of the communities north of Denver. My expertise includes estate sales, university-area homes, first-time buyers, last homes, relocation, investment properties, and second or third homes.

My Colorado journey began in 1981 with a dream of creating a better life for my family. After losing my husband, I raised my children as a single parent while working multiple jobs. My time with the Housing Authority gave me valuable insight into the real estate industry and sparked my commitment to ensuring safe, quality housing for every client I serve.

Settling in Mead proved to be a turning point. Its convenient access to I‑25 allowed my business to grow as I helped clients throughout Boulder, Weld, and Larimer counties. I’ve worked tirelessly ever since, and I truly value the relationships built through this work.

Rooted in a strong belief in God, family, and country, I come from a proud military family. My connection to the Army National Guard in Longmont became especially meaningful when I dedicated a 2008 skydive to my brother serving in Iraq. That partnership continues today, and I was honored to receive The Order of Molly Pitcher Medallion for my support of military families.

At home in Mead—or on my husband’s family farm in Sterling—you’ll almost always find me with my dogs. They are my constant companions and a big part of how I connect with others, often long before any real estate needs arise.
